Payment Terms
*Reservation Deposit - $200.00 or £100 per week booked - Due upon booking.
*Balance Plus Security Deposit due 10 weeks before stay
*If Stay is less than 10 weeks away, Balance Due at time of booking.
*Security Deposit - $250.00 or £125 - Refundable after stay if villa and contents are found to be in satisfactory condition.
*Cleaning Fee of $65 or £33 is added to stays less than 5 nights

Cancellation Charges
If cancellation occurs with more than 10 weeks' notice, cancellation charge is the reservation deposit. If cancellation occurs with less than 10 weeks' notice, cancellation charge is 100% of villa rental cost. (Charges for security deposit and pool heat are returned.)
