Our magical Florida villa home is located in the beautiful, Nature Conservation Area of Crescent Lakes in Kissimmee, just 12 miles from Mickey's doorstep. Our villa guests compliment our home's location, and love the fact that we are close to Disney, yet upon returning to our villa, they feel far enough away to relax in a quiet, beautiful, serene neighborhood.
Crescent Lakes is a Nature Conservation area and home to beautiful, native Florida birds, wildlife and woodlands. As the name suggests, numerous lakes dot Crescent Lakes and are home to a variety of fish species. As you vacation, it is not uncommon to view Florida egrets and sandhill crane birds napping along the Crescent Lakes paths and roadways on your way home from the parks.
Crescent Lakes consists of beautiful Florida homes, all situated in circled and cul-de-sac areas. Our villa is in Jasmine Pointe, nestled on a quiet street, and close to Crescent Lakes meandering walking & jogging path. Two children's play areas are a short walk from our villa as well.
While staying in our villa, you will be close to a variety of dining and shopping options. You can also pick up a newspaper or cup of coffee at one of two convenient mini-marts just a hop away. We are just minutes from Publix & Winn Dixie grocery stores, Target & Target Grocery, and Super-Walmart and Walmart Grocery. Virtually every kind of ethnic food, fast food and dining chain is located on or near Highway 192, just a few miles North of our villa, and on the route to and from Disney Theme Parks.
For other activities besides Walt Disney World, spend a fun afternoon at Green Meadows Farm Petting Zoo, just 3 miles away. Children will love the hands-on tour, where they can catch a goose or duck, milk a cow, ride a train, and pet, feed and touch all kinds of animals including horses, ponies, baby chicks and ducklings, llamas and much more. Other activities close to our villa include a horseback trail riding ranch, golf and much more.
